Sole plate anchors
The exterior walls in this garage are not properly anchored to the foundation (raised curb in this case). Only concrete nails were observed in the sole plates of this exterior wall to foundation as attachment. Approved anchor bolts with nuts and washers, proper ram set pins shot into the slab or approved strap type anchors or other approved anchors should be used to anchor exterior walls every 6' and on each side of joints as required.
Commonly used galvanized anchor bolt in San Antonio area slab foundations. Should be min. 7" long and 1/2" diameter with proper galvanized nut and washer.
